IMPORTANT: All products sold by Core Chain Labs are strictly for IN VITRO research and laboratory use only. They are NOT intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease or condition.
1. What These Products Are
Core Chain Labs supplies synthetic materials for in vitro laboratory research use only, provided as sealed and labelled units described by identity, physical form, and mass per unit.
Materials are organized and described by properties such as catalog identifier, molecular class, physical appearance, and storage and handling conditions stated on the relevant product page.
Solvent choice, volumes, and working concentrations are determined by the receiving laboratory under its own validated protocol; Core Chain Labs does not publish or advise on protocol.
These materials are offered for purchase through the online store operated at corechainresearch.com, using the ordering, payment, and shipping mechanics described in the Terms of Sale & Service, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and this Research Use Only Covenant.
Checkout accepts guest purchasers; creation of an account is optional and never required to place an order.
Age and research-use status are gated at checkout: a purchaser must confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement specified in the Terms of Sale & Service and that they are purchasing solely for in vitro laboratory research use, and those confirmations are stored with the order.
2. What These Products Are Not
All materials supplied by Core Chain Labs are sold as research-use-only items and are not classified or offered as drugs, biological products, medical devices, cosmetics, foods, or any product category regulated for administration to humans or animals.
These materials are not compounded, dispensed, or prescribed and are not provided under any pharmacy model, clinical treatment pathway, or patient-care framework.
Core Chain Labs is not a pharmacy, not a compounding pharmacy under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, not an outsourcing facility under section 503B, and not a drug manufacturer or distributor.
The materials are not for human consumption, administration, application, or exposure in any route and are not for veterinary consumption, administration, application, or exposure.
The materials are not intended for in vivo or ex vivo use and are not intended for any in vitro diagnostic use, including use as diagnostic reagents, controls, or calibrators.
No product is represented as safe or effective for any use in humans or animals, and no product is supplied with any regulatory approval, clearance, licensure, registration, or authorization for such use.
This Research Use Only Covenant does not state, imply, or rely on any exception, exemption, or special status under federal or state law; it describes only the research-use-only purpose and purchaser obligations.
3. What We Do Not Publish
Core Chain Labs limits site content to identity, physical and analytical properties, storage information, price, availability, and logistics; it does not publish preparation, quantity, schedule, route, or application guidance of any kind.
No page maintained by Core Chain Labs summarizes, interprets, or describes scientific literature, experimental findings, or study results, whether for in vitro, in vivo, or clinical research.
No product page or legal page describes or characterizes any physiological mechanism, pharmacological action, or biological effect in humans, animals, tissues, or cells.
Core Chain Labs does not publish laboratory protocols, working-concentration examples, reconstitution steps, solvent recommendations, or any other method guidance; protocol remains solely the responsibility of the receiving laboratory.
Customer reviews, testimonials, and anecdotal reports of use or experience are not published and are not solicited or accepted as content describing product use or outcomes.
Support channels operated by Core Chain Labs decline and do not answer questions seeking preparation guidance, protocol advice, quantity or schedule recommendations, or any information about use in humans or animals.
Where safety information is provided, it is limited to properties of the material and references to safety documentation; it does not include advice on how any person should use, administer, or apply the material.
4. Your Obligations as a Purchaser
In consideration of any sale by Core Chain Labs, which would not otherwise be made, you as purchaser expressly covenant that each item will be obtained and handled solely for in vitro laboratory research use and for no other purpose.
You represent and warrant at checkout that you meet the minimum age requirement stated in the Terms of Sale & Service and that you are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, institution, or program that can lawfully receive and manage research-use-only materials.
You confirm that you, your institution, and any personnel who will handle the materials are properly trained and qualified to manage research-use-only materials under your own validated protocols, safety programs, and oversight structures.
You acknowledge that safety data sheets and other safety documentation, where available, are accessible through the means stated by Core Chain Labs, and you affirm that you are willing and able to access, review, and apply such documentation before handling any material.
You agree that you have independently researched and will continue to research the hazards, properties, and regulatory context of the materials in relation to your intended in vitro laboratory use, using sources and standards appropriate to your institution.
You undertake to warn, train, and oversee your own personnel, collaborators, and recipients with respect to the hazards and restrictions of the materials, including the research-use-only status and the prohibitions stated in this Research Use Only Covenant and the Terms of Sale & Service.
You agree that you will not use, and will not permit anyone under your control to use, any material supplied by Core Chain Labs for human consumption, administration, application, or exposure and will not use any material for veterinary consumption, administration, application, or exposure.
You agree that you will not use any material for in vivo research, ex vivo application, in vitro diagnostic procedures, or any activity conducted under a clinical protocol, treatment program, or patient-care setting.
You agree that you will not represent, relabel, market, sell, or distribute any material supplied by Core Chain Labs as a product for human or veterinary use, and you will not incorporate any material into a product, formulation, or preparation offered or supplied for such use.
You agree that any resale, transfer, or downstream distribution of materials you obtain from Core Chain Labs will be limited to recipients who themselves will use the materials solely for in vitro laboratory research and who will be informed of and bound to restrictions at least as stringent as those in this Research Use Only Covenant.
You acknowledge that the age and research-use confirmations made at checkout, together with the version of this Research Use Only Covenant presented at checkout, are recorded with the order and retained by Core Chain Labs as part of its transaction records.
You understand and agree that a false, incomplete, or misleading representation regarding your status, intended use, or compliance with this covenant constitutes a material breach of your agreement with Core Chain Labs.
Upon any such breach, Core Chain Labs may treat the related order as voidable, may cancel the order, may decline to ship or require return or destruction of materials, may refund amounts at its discretion, may suspend or close any account associated with you, and may refuse future orders.
Your obligations under this Research Use Only Covenant are in addition to, and not in place of, your obligations under the Terms of Sale & Service, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Returns & Refunds Policy, and all documents are intended to be read together.
