1. Order Processing
Dispatch days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2 PM local time ship the same dispatch day; orders placed after the cut-off, or on a non-dispatch day, ship on the next dispatch day.
You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it has shipped.
2. Where We Ship
We ship to the United States.
It is your responsibility to confirm that every item in your order is lawful to possess and to receive where you are. Some research compounds are restricted at state or local level. We may decline an order destined anywhere we have reason to believe the law prohibits or restricts a product.
We do not ship outside the United States. Every order is supplied for laboratory research use only.
3. Services and Rates
The services available at checkout are: Standard $9.99 (free on orders $300+), Priority $17.99, Express $29.99
Free shipping applies to orders over $300.
Once a parcel has been dispatched, standard transit within the United States usually runs 3-5 business days. Transit estimates are the carrier's, not a guarantee; we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or missorted parcels once a package has been handed over.
4. Address Accuracy
Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Core Chain Labs is not responsible for an order delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Once a package has shipped, an address change cannot be guaranteed and depends entirely on the carrier.
5. Packaging
Orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No product name or branding appears on the outside of the box, and packing slips describe the contents generically as research materials.
6. Signature on Delivery
Higher-value orders may require an adult signature. If nobody is available when the carrier attempts delivery, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email corechainlabs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of both the product and the packaging as received.
Claims made after that window cannot be assessed, because the condition of the goods on arrival can no longer be established. Where a claim is upheld we will send a replacement or issue store credit, at our discretion.
8. Returns
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. The only exceptions are items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because these are research materials whose storage conditions cannot be verified once they have left our control, we cannot accept a returned item back into saleable stock. This does not affect the damaged-or-incorrect process described above.
9. Lost and Undelivered Parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or shows delivery to an address you did not receive, contact corechainlabs@gmail.com with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier. Carrier traces take time to resolve, and their outcome governs what we are able to do.
